About the client

A blue-chip 3PL operator whose search presence lagged its reputation

An award-winning supply chain and warehousing company based in Bangalore partnered with Crezeal to grow organic search visibility and generate qualified business enquiries across India.

The company provides flexible 3PL, warehousing and supply chain management solutions for some of India's most recognised brands. It has been featured in Forbes, Fortune, Business Today and the Economic Times, and has won multiple logistics and warehousing awards — including international recognition from Nasscom and the Singapore Institute of Material Management.

Despite serving blue-chip clients and operating warehouses across Bangalore and pan-India locations, searches for warehousing and supply chain solutions were not consistently returning the company in competitive Google positions. The offline reputation was strong; the organic one wasn't matching it.

The challenge

Ranking for supply chain keywords in a market dominated by large logistics aggregators

Competing for warehousing and supply chain terms in India meant going up against large 3PL aggregators, logistics directories and well-funded platforms with years of established domain authority behind them.

Low visibility on high-intent terms

"Supply chain management for D2C brands", "fulfillment services for ecommerce" and "ecommerce warehousing solutions" all ranked beyond position 100 at the start — despite the company actively serving clients in exactly those segments.

A crowded national market

Warehousing and logistics is one of the most competitive categories in Indian search, with aggregator platforms and directories holding most commercial queries.

Press coverage that wasn't converting to authority

Forbes and Economic Times mentions existed, but they hadn't translated into a structured backlink profile that Google could read as an authority signal.

No AI search visibility

Buyers are increasingly using ChatGPT and similar tools to shortlist supply chain vendors. At the start of the engagement the company had no presence in AI-driven discovery at all.

Leads not matching the brand

30+ marquee clients and multiple industry awards, and a website generating nowhere near the organic enquiries that standing should command.

What that added up to

The raw authority was already there — it was simply invisible to search engines. The work was less about building a reputation from nothing than about making an existing one legible: structured content, a backlink profile Google could actually read, and schema that let AI tools cite the company by name.

Our approach

Six workstreams, from technical foundations to AI discoverability

We built a structured, long-term SEO strategy combining technical fixes, keyword-targeted content, authority link building and AEO work — all pointed at growing organic visibility and leads across India.

Technical SEO audit and fixes

We began with a full technical audit covering crawlability, site speed, indexation, structured data and schema markup. Fixing those foundations first ensured the site was being properly read and ranked by Google before any content or link work began.

High-intent keyword targeting

A comprehensive keyword map was built around the core services — warehousing solutions, 3PL, supply chain management, ecommerce fulfilment and cold storage — combined with location modifiers for Bangalore, Mumbai and pan-India searches. Priority went to commercial B2B intent terms used by procurement managers, D2C founders and supply chain decision-makers.

On-page content optimisation

Service pages were restructured for stronger keyword alignment, with improved meta titles and descriptions, a clearer content hierarchy and better internal linking. Content was structured for AI readability at the same time — work that fed directly into the ChatGPT citations that followed.

Authority link building

A consistent outreach-driven programme grew the backlink profile to 168+ backlinks across 69 referring domains, with an accelerating curve from early 2026. Domain Authority moved up from a baseline of 7–8 and held steadily at 11.

AEO and AI visibility work

Alongside traditional SEO, answer engine optimisation structured content and schema for AI-assisted search. That produced 58 ChatGPT citation sessions with 34 new users, plus 7.72K Generative AI feature impressions in Google Search Console — an early but clear signal of AI search visibility.

Lead conversion tracking

GA4 conversion tracking was set up to monitor call events and business form submissions from organic traffic, so lead actions could be attributed to SEO performance rather than inferred from traffic volume.

The results

Impressions doubled period on period, and 89 organic enquiries to show for it

The website recorded 220K Google Search impressions and 1,860 organic clicks over the tracked period, with average position reaching 15.2 — a substantial improvement on the 40+ starting position. The position chart shows a consistent climb from around 40 at launch to a stable 15–20 range, with impressions growing from near zero to a sustained 1,000–1,500 per day.

The period-on-period comparison is the clearest evidence that the strategy was accelerating rather than delivering a one-time spike: impressions and clicks both roughly doubled against the preceding six months.

Keyword rankings improved sharply across high-intent supply chain searches, with several terms moving 55 to 90+ positions. Location-specific terms like "warehousing in Mumbai" and "warehousing service" also improved, while "warehouse storage for furniture in Bangalore" held a strong position 5.

Key takeaways

What made this campaign work

Compound growth takes time, then pays

The position chart tells the story — a consistent climb from 40+ to 15. No shortcuts, just sustained monthly work on content, links and technical health.

B2B supply chain buyers use AI too

58 ChatGPT sessions and 7.72K Generative AI impressions show procurement managers and supply chain decision-makers are shortlisting vendors through AI tools. The AEO work opened that channel early.

Period-on-period growth is the real proof

A 109% rise in impressions and 102% in clicks, comparing the last six months to the previous six, shows a strategy that was still accelerating — not a one-time spike being reported as a trend.

Brand authority and SEO reinforce each other

Existing coverage in Forbes, Economic Times and Business Today gave us a foundation. Structured SEO work turned that latent brand authority into rankings and organic lead flow.

Lead conversion confirmed the quality

51 organic call events and 38 business form submissions confirmed the traffic was qualified. For a B2B supply chain company these are high-intent buyer actions — a procurement manager filling in an enquiry form is a very different signal from a casual browser, and it's the measure that decides whether the impression numbers meant anything.
